Liz Olberding is a co-founder and principal Architect of Olberding White in downtown Anchorage.

The daughter of an affordable housing developer and a lifelong designer/builder from Portland, Oregon, Liz brings a holistic approach to design. The combination of her education and construction experience – which includes architecture, history, construction management, research, teaching and development – brings a unique and well-rounded perspective to her work.

Erica White

Erica White AIA

Erica White is a co-founder and principal Architect of Olberding White in downtown Anchorage.

A lifelong Anchorage resident, Erica has invaluable familiarity with the unique social and physical history of our city. She has extensive experience in a wide range of projects including residential, educational, medical, and commercial facilities, both new construction and renovations. Her design strengths lie in special consideration of form and space, sensitivity to clients' needs, and knowledge of technical and construction challenges specific to Alaska.
